The Chakra Spinach Working with Colours & Crystals workshop is a combined 3 hour workshop. Running from either 9-12 or 1-4 this workshop includes the following: During this workshop you will first of all learn to read the colours of your own Chakra so that you can identify what you are working with. For Holistic practitioners this course also provides you with added tools for identifying areas for your Clients. Next we look at how we can begin to work metaphysically with the chakra colours using vibrant materials as visual aids that also behave as anchors. (Chakra Spinach Sarongs and Scarves are used throughout this demonstration). Next you will cover information about Crystals with regard to using these in colour therapy. Crystals operate on many levels and this will also be touched upon. As all metaphysical work entails working with energy this course is designed to both introduce new students to this level as well as refine the tools of existing practitioners.
