Women On A Mission

I attended “What Working Women Want” in Brisbane this weekend.

I met so many fabulous, inspirational women there I lost count!

I was overwhelmed with the amount of women who were running their own workshops in healing adults and/or children using an array of modalities.

It seems we gravitate to different ways of achieving similar ends!  And I’m sure this will grow much more in the coming years too!  We are currently in the Age of Aquarius now.  Gone are the days where Religious Dogma was the only sanctioned place where we dared to find our Greatness and Creative Centre.  Yes, we’ve grown up and taken accountability for ourselves, our children and the planet we live on.  One speaker predicted that eventually Women would rule the world! ha ha.  I’m not sure I’d want to live in a world that merely flipped the imbalance!

Although not represented there (apart from a few brave souls) Men too have embraced the Healing and Life Creative Arts too in their thousands.

What does all this mean to Us?

Well for one, gone are the days where we are persecuted for having more than one aspect to ourselves.  No longer are our “New Age Interests” hidden far behind family and career as we knew it.  Today all of this is as intergral a part of us as having our breakfast before we go to work, or if you don’t then perhaps making sure you eat at morning tea!  In short it is, like everything else, our own unique preference about  what our bodies need, what our hearts need – what we need as individuals, and what we have to offer others in our own unique ways.

There was a lot said about Focus too.  And we know by now that what we focus on will be created.

Another speaker spoke about making things a Habit.

We all know that it is much easier to do two things at once if one of them is a habit!

For example it is pretty easy to talk and eat at the same time when having lunch with friends.  You may miss the taste entirely but your body still gets the nutrition.

Once something is accepted into your cognition, and then processed further, into your consciousness for automatic action, life becomes much more on path, and magic is eventually just expected, as ideas keep coming out of nowhere towards your goals.

There is a great deal of suffering still in the World and sometimes the way of change is through creation rather than rebellion.

If enough women, and men, continue to  create this new world then the rest will have no choice but to enlist culturally.  A World Culture?  Based on the Value of Every Human Being with none being able to dictate or punish another.  A whole world of Free Humans.  This takes the kind of shift that so many of us have already taken.  This is a movement away from fear to Own our Confidence, and more, own the knowledge of our cognitive limits so that we are propelled past them, whilst still respecting this biological cognitive need for order and collaboration.   Massaging our awareness into our world views is kind and likely to succeed. Jumping out of our comfort zone without knowledge of the terrain can lead to feelings of failure and cognitive dissonance.  Yes Action is vital! So is knowledge.  My book “Start Where You Are” deals with this, and corresponding workshop of the same name.

The Arts of Well Being be they chiropractry, or more metaphysical well being tools such as Astrology, Reiki Healing, Tarot, Kinaeseology, etc  are alive and well in the women of Brisbane alongside our interests in share trading, property and of course Skincare, Cosmetics, Clothes and Shoes. We no longer have to choose a career in law over an evolution of our more esoteric gifts.  We can do both, and talk about both too!  No-one has time to reinvent all the wheels.  Sharing our findings and experiences is what women do best and enjoy most. This sense of comradery propells us into action like no other.  Feedback from other women spurs us onward.

When we work with others we usually discover the accepted ways of working within that organisation.  Life is no different and the changes that have occurred for women everywhere about what is acceptable and what is not have been vast! Unfortunately women have taken direction from men who lead our cultures, be they clergy or bosses,  instead of empowering each other to take up leadership roles and bring new dimensions to business and culture.

Today, in Australia,  we can be beautiful AND brainy; we can be materialistic AND spiritual; and any other combination we and our planet needs us to be.  We have voices to be heard regardless of our gender, colour, or current economic stage. Women have a greater sway politically than men.  We just don’t utilise it.   Women have a greater network just by being women!  Men no longer enjoy men’s networking simply because they are men.  We do!!! yippee!  What this means for business and culture is an opportunity so great that we are in position to change our world.  We have the economic opportunity to support each other with our buying habits.  I’m sure when I go through all the business cards I collected I’ll never have to shop mainstream again!

I was promoting the skin care range on the weekend as part of Chakra Spinach.  I can’t get excited enough about this range.  I’ve personally never used something that actually works miracles on the skin with such ease!  If anyone wants to join me on 13th Feb at Milton here in Brisbane to find out more about this range please drop me an enquiry. It is completely free and will be fun – a chance to both learn about the skin and anti-aging that works – without the knife!  And we can also find the time to continue to exchange the wonderous things we are all doing to make the global shift in consciousness for a better brighter world for our children and ourselves.

Hope to see you there.

If you are interstate just drop me a line too.  I’m working on my schedule for my travelling Chakra Spinach workshops now :) .
