Using Crystals to Energise your Chakras
Everything on the planet has its own energy, and runs at its own frequency. The vibrating Quantum physical universe responds to different frequencies or energies. We can look at crystals through their colours to locate their energy make-up. It is easy for all of us to look at a crystal and agree on its colour. Colour may not be the cause but does correlate with certain other frequencies, that manifest as those things that magnetically attract to the frequency involved. The Law of Magnetic Attraction, of the Theosophists provides a wealth of information about this if you are interested in understanding it in this manner. Or you may prefer to keep it simple yet just as important a discourse and simply say, yellow is the colour that keeps me alert and thinking about the tasks I have to do today. Yellow corresponds with our Solar Plexus, a very Earthy link to our World through Ego. A yellow crystal will energise our Solar Plexus, which often needs a great deal of energising and cleansing because so much of the negative in our world is pulled in through this chakra, making us feel like we aren’t quite ourselves. Leaks are common in this chakra, and yellow crystals can actually help a great deal to make you feel a much healthier You!

CHAKRA Colour Guide
The Crown Chakra – is a violet purple vortex of energy just above our heads.
The Brow Chakra, or Third Eye – is coloured indigo, which is a purple/blue colour and is a vortex of energy between our eye brows.
The Throat Chakra – is colour blue, usually light blue or royal blue and is a vortex of energy at our throats.
The Heart Chakra – is green, lush green, and is a vortex from our breast area in line with our hearts.
The Solar Plexus – is bright yellow in colour. It sits just a few fingers above our naval area.
The Second or Sacral Chakra – is orange in colour. It is located almost in line with our naval area, a vortex of energy at our sexual organs.
The Root Chakra – is full red in colour and is located at the very base of our spine. Just as the Crown sits on our head, our Root Chakra sits underneath us as we sit cross legged.
