Course Outline
Part 1 – CONFIDENCE – YOU’VE GOT IT!!!!!
No matter how smart you are, if you are insecure in yourself for any reason, whether appearance, background, deeds regretted, anything, then Spiritual searches can lure you down the wrong paths for you. Confidence does more than give you the power to negotiate in the World, it is also essential for you to meet everything in the Universe! In this short period you will be provided with leads that can positively reveal to you how amazing you are and how you will know this by the end of this session.
Part 2 – LOOK OUT FURTHER
Part two of the Chakra Spinach – Body and Soul Workshop is about moving outward, from your Centre of Confidence, or Your Centre of You. From this vantage point new views open up to you. Views you may never have witnessed before. From this vantage point lies all the miracles and manifestations of the Universe. These become accessible to you from your Centre. During this part of our workshop we will look at many of those things that may be life changing for you and you will have the opportunity to take these away with you and if you decide to embrace new Pathways then you will leave equipped with several maps that will continue to unfold these pathways for you.
Part 3 – SAFE AND CENTERED
We conclude this workshop with some Chakra balancing techniques and exercises to ignite our health and wellbeing that can be performed easily and regularly as you forcefully create your Life the way you want it to unfold.
Outcome
At the end of this workshop you will be able to:
● Confidently Dream your Life larger than before.
● Co-create your dreams with the Universe, understanding how movement and focus reveal paths you never imagined existed.
