Chakra Cleansing and Balancing

After a long day at work we get home and head for the shower. But our bodies aren’t the only areas that pick up tension and grit from our day’s activities. Our Chakras also need a regular cleanse. By maintaining our Chakras through cleansing we are actually making it much easier for ourselves to embrace our lives. Just like There are many ways to cleanse our chakras and over the coming months several will be provided. For now, here is a very simple one that takes about 10 minutes of your time, and you can shorten this time if you need to. You can do this anywhere, even on public transport.

STEPS:

1. Do this exercise sitting down or standing up, with your feet both flat on the floor/ground.
2. Imagine a large tree. Look at the base of this tree and see its strong roots. It has just been raining so these roots look very healthy. You just know by the size of this tree that its roots travel all the way down a very long way.
3. Now move away from this tree and imagine that you have the same roots growing out from your feet. Anyone who has done martial arts may find this very easy. These roots hold you very steady so no opponent may push you over.
4. Once you have your roots firmly attached, follow where they lead right into the earth. Notice the healthy soil you pass as you see your roots move deeper and deeper into the planet.
5. As you move further and further in eventually you will reach a ball of the whitest light you have ever seen. This white light has a smooth consistency and when you reach it it ignites your fresh roots, moving up through them. See this brightest white moving right up through your roots until it finally reaches your feet and keeps moving up through your body.
6. As it moves up through your feet, your shins, your legs, your hips notice how tingly you feel.
7. Fill any crevices or areas that aren’t filled automatically as you go. Sometimes you may see brown patches. If you do just fill them with this health giving white malten light. If you see any areas in your body where illness is you might not want to push through with this white. If you feel uncomfortable at all add a little lavender colour to your white light, then return to the white as you keep moving up through your body.
8. Move all through your body from the bottom up until every part of you is filled. Once filled check the base of your spine and move the white straight up your spine. You should tingle when you do this.
9. Now made the white move just outside your body too so that is is all through you from your deepest roots, all through your body, and engulfing even outside your body filling your aura.
10. Once you are happy with this work the colours of your chakras around the white, as if they are hoola hoops surrounding each area of your body as follows:
Red loop right around the base of your body
Orange loop right around your pelvic area
Yellow loop right around your solar plexus area
Green loop right around your heart area
Blue loop right around your throat area
Indigo loop right around your forehead area
and Violet around the top of your head

11. Again, if you discover any patches work these colours. Each colour should meet the white, and you know that should you need to draw on any of these colours they are there to re-energise you throughout the day as you need them.

12. Now all that is left to do is to put a protective shield around all of this so that you retain your own energy and prevent others from draining you, as well as preventing yourself from draining others.

Remember those invisible shields that science fiction movies put around people. No-one can see them but the walls are there when anyone tries to walk through them!
Place an invisible shield like this right around the outside of your colours. You should be inside an invisible egg-shape now. You can move with all of this. It’s like a pliable shield. Make sure that it is completely sealed.
