Chakra Spinach unashamedly includes Body in our Mind Body Spirit and this means everything from great skin to nice clothes and the money to have this. Life is full of examples where the best presented people are those who find opportunities knocking on their door more often than not.
As I was growing up I truly believed that no matter what was going on in my life, just by walking out my door and going some place new, new opportunities and people would find me and great adventures could happen to me. I now believe we make our own opportunities and much of mine were there because I took this first step, and mostly looked my best when I did.

We introduce some techniques that really work for you to model yourself on those you admire or even put yourself in their position to find out the difference between where you are now and where you can be very soon, having lots of fun and adventure as you do!
